Why matte?
Even though high-gloss is often labeled as premium, we felt it looks way too commercial whereas a matte finish gives a much better artistic feel which is what we are after. The offset printing process is such that after the ink is laid down, there is a soft satin sheen which looks really gorgeous. And for those who really want a gloss appearance, that can be easily accomplished by fitting the billboard in a glass photo frame.
Why 200gsm?
Here too we tried various thicknesses and 200gsm felt just about right. Thick enough to ensure that premium appearance. Not too thick to have smoothness and keeping it straight without creases.
Why A2?
A2 is by far the most popular size. It is not too small and not too big, and we felt it just about right to bring the best out these gorgeous artworks.
Do you have other sizes available?
We only offer A2 size as part of the standard assortment. We are considering little brothers and sisters in the form of A3 format as this could work very well when several of them are combined in a collage. Until further notice, other sizes (A0,A1,A3) can indeed be ordered but this would be on special request. Feel free to shoot us a message in such case.
How are they packed?
All our billboards are packed with proper care to ensure they are not creased while rolling them up into sturdy cardboard tubes. In addition, they are wrapped in a protective paper, which makes it easy to remove the billboard from the tube. All these measures should protect them sufficiently and keep them safe on their journey to you.
